We have had a very creative week this week focusing on World War 1. The children have produced some beautiful silhouette art work of soldiers on the battlefield, some clay poppies and some hama bead poppies that we will be making into a remembrance wreath. This week we have also been reading and writing poetry inspired by WW1. The children have had some brilliant ideas and included some fantastic adjectives.
In Maths, we have been having a go at missing number problems as well as formal column addition. Lots of the children have tried really hard with this and have done a super job!
Have a fantastic, well deserved half term. We look forward to seeing you in a week.
