Spelling Shed
Spelling Shed is a resource that we have just started to introduce. The spellings that we learn throughout the week will be put on this website. Your child will be provided with a username and password which will be stuck inside their reading journals. It provides an alternative way of practising spellings by turning the spellings into a game. This encourages children to practise their spellings electronically and in a fun way - by earning points! All the children in the school are put on a leaderboard and they earn 'Honey Pots' every time they practise their spellings or do a challenge.
This adds an exciting and competitive nature to learning spellings. Children can also select the level of difficulty of the spellings to earn more points.
If your child has lost their Spelling Shed login details, please get in touch and I can provide a new password and username.
