Topic

We Are Giants is our topic.  Our wow day will be about interesting building in a variety of countries. This entails a strong geography focus. We will be reading maps, devising keys and looking at rivers and mountains. We will be learning the names of the seven continents and oceans and do a country study.

We will be investigating settlement starting with Repton.  This will have a historical base and the children will be looking at photos - new and old of Repton. We will be walking into Repton to see these 'in the flesh'.
