WE RESPECT, WE TAKE PRIDE, WE SUCCEED

22.10.21

Well, we have reached the end of our first half term, and what a lot of fantastic learning we have been doing!

We are just finishing our English unit of Historical Narrative based on a Saxon story. After the holiday, we will be learning about information texts with an initial text about Vikings.

Our Maths after the holiday will still be addition and subtraction, introducing formal methods.

Finally, we would like to say how proud we were of the children who sang at church on Saturday evening. Their behaviour and singing were both exceptional and they were a credit to you and the school.

Thank you also, for all of those who took part in the PTA Pumpkin competition. They all looked fantastic and used lots of imagination.

We wish you all a happy and peaceful break and look forward to seeing all of the children back in the exciting term leading up to Christmas.

A Teams invitation for parent consultations should now have gone to your child’s email address. Could you please check you have this and let me know if there are any problems so I have time to sort out any issues as soon as we return to school.
