I can't believe we have just entered the Eagles' last term at Repton! From seeing them at the beginning of the Year 4 to now - they've grown up so much and definitely walked into the classroom on Monday feeling much taller.
As you are probably aware, we have been doing SATs papers this weeks to see what we need a bit more practise on; however, their conduct and attitude has been super!
We have started our new English unit on biographies where our end goal will be to write a biography about Anne Frank, which links in to our Topic unit on WW2. We have also learnt about a very amazing lady called Violette Szabo - the original Peggy Carter!
In Maths we have just started our 1.5 week unit on converting measurements and will continue this next week.
We have also learnt about Ramadan in RE, Netball in PE and we have had a fun Science Day today looking at how humans change as we age.
They have also brought home their scripts with their parts highlighted tonight, so hopefully lots of happy children!
It's been lovely to be back and hopefully the beginnings of an amazing term!
