WE RESPECT, WE TAKE PRIDE, WE SUCCEED

4.3.22

We have had a really busy week back at school and it was lovely to hear what the children had been doing over the holiday.

In English this week, we have completed a one-week special block of work related to newspaper reports. We linked this with our guided reading book and world book day. The children learned lots of new skills and ended the week by making a newspaper report about our visit to IKEA. It was wonderful to see all of the children dressed up on Thursday as their favourite book character. We will add some class pictures for you.

In maths this week, we have been learning about measuring length and comparing and converting between units of measurement. Any practical work you can do at home will really support them with consolidating these skills.
