WE RESPECT, WE TAKE PRIDE, WE SUCCEED

9.7.21

What a very busy week we have had!

We have now finished our work on time and will cover some work on shape next week.

In English we have continued work on diary writing and will be writing our own diaries next week.

We were disappointed that we couldn’t do Sports Day on Tuesday but we are looking forward to a super time today, well worth waiting for the better weather to get on the field. Hopefully next year we will all be back to normal as a whole school to enjoy our day cheering on our teams.

We had a wonderful time on Thursday visiting St Wystan’s Church to learn about the stained-glass windows. The children were wonderfully behaved and learned such a lot. I am sure they could take you in and tell you what they have learned sometime. We would like to say a huge thankyou to Reverend Flowerdew for welcoming us and telling us about the history and meaning of the windows. We also learned about some of the general history of the church and how it fits into the history of the village.

We hope you all have a lovely weekend.
