Today we would like you read each caption and match it to the correct picture. To do this, we would like you to cut each picture and caption out and stick the correct ones together.
If you would like a follow up task, we would like you to write some words by sounding them out. There are two choices. You could print out the phase 4 sheet and write the word to match the picture, or you use the "word writing" sheet" where the adult says the word and the child sound talks it and writes it. Please note this is not a spelling test. It is an opportunity for your child to sound out and practise writing the word.
