Vegetable Soup
This week we made vegetable soup. As the weather is so cold, we wanted to make something that would warm us up! The children all took turns to carefully peel and chop the vegetables for the soup. We used potato, courgette, carrot, onion and broccoli. It was lovely and creamy! When it came to eating it, we had mixed reviews. Some liked it and others were not very keen. But .... we were very pleased that everyone had a try!
