What a lovely few days we have had in the sunshine!
In maths, we have been looking at the nets of 3D shapes! We even created our own (check out our photos below). We then identified different 3D shapes by looking at their nets. Perhaps you could try making some of your own 3D shapes at home!
In English, we completed our persuasive writing all about saving the sea turtles. The children included lots of persuasive language such as, 'you must', 'please help' and 'it is important because'. Can you tell someone at home about your persuasive writing?
As part of 'Earth Hour' this week, we went into forest schools to explore what we might find during the spring season. We had lots of fun in the sunshine! Can you tell someone at home what you found?
The Owls have all had a wonderful half-term at school! Have a lovely Easter break and we will see you back at school for our summer term!
