Week 4

This week we enjoyed exploring the forest.  Some of us went on a minibeast hunt and found lots of insects in different habitats - under logs and bricks or in the flowers and on trees.  Others enjoyed time playing in the undergrowth or using natural materials to make patterns and pictures.  Some children decided to make a house for the minibeasts, complete with a pathway to the front door!  We then let all of the butterflies that we had nurtured from caterpillars fly free!
