This week has been about being special. We have all thought and talked about what we are good at and that sometimes we're not so good at things, but with trying and practise we can learn to be. The children drew and wrote about what they are good at.
In maths we counted objects and began to count 'how many altogether' by combining two groups.
We each drew our faces on the paint programme on the Interactive Whiteboard - these look fantastic! We also named our body parts and labelled a giant picture of the outline of one of us on a large piece of paper!
We had our first Forest School session this week which the children enjoyed. They did really well getting into their waterproofs. Some still do not have these in school so please make sure your child has a suitable all in one or waterproof trousers/coat and hood.
Next week we will be learning 'How I have changed since I was a baby'.
Have a great weekend.
