Another busy - but chilly - week in the Foxes class. With the windows open for ventilation it can become a little 'fresh' so please ensure your child has a jumper or cardigan each day please.
We finished the week with some amazing creative writing inspired by the illustrations from our book 'Lights on Cotton Rock'. I was so impressed with the detailed sentences the children created and the care and effort they put in to presenting them. I'll take some photos next week so you can have a look.
We've been thinking about space too - and figuring out how the Earth moves to create day and night. The children worked in groups to act out these movements! All the rotating and orbiting made some of us a little dizzy!
Monday's PE lesson showed me what awesome athletes we have in Foxes class. The children showed real resilience and determination to keep running for a set time and trying to improve their techniques.
You should have received your child's Microsoft Teams login now. Please try to take time this weekend to ensure it works for you (guidance can be found on the school website) and have a play around so that you and your child are familiar with it.
Hope you have a good weekend.
