We have had a very busy week this week. In our topic work, we have been learning about Saxon homes, villages and jobs. In science we have learned about complete circuits and really enjoyed the practical activities.
Our English work this week, has been learning about biographies and staring to understand some of the features we will see. We will be going into more detail about this next week.
In maths, we have started our unit of work on addition and subtraction. We have linked this closely to the work we did on place value, and have been adding, 1s, 10s, 100s and thousands.
We have had quite a lot of lost property recently. Please check you have names clearly written in everything so we can return items.
