Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Last night (30th March) three of our Y6 children went to Linton Primary for the Go Ride event. The event was organised by South Derbyshire Active Sports Partnership and gave children the chance to compete in a series of off road mountain bike challenges. Our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves despite the arctic conditions! Well done to all three.
We were very lucky today to receive a visit from three lambs from a local farm. The children had the opportunity to stroke, hold and feed them. Thank you very much to our reception parents Mr and Mrs Falder for bringing the lambs in to see our children today. It was a great experience. Please see the photos below.
We had a very successful Red Nose Day. Everyone dressed up in our theme of "crazy clothes" and we raised lots of money for Comic Relief. The children held a cake sale and took part in red nose day events throughout the day. We brought in a bottle top to represent our on-line donations and filled a red nose!
Fantastic participation for WBD again. Thank you so much for supporting your child with this event.
