Happy New Year!
The Ravens have made a very positive start to the new year. Many children have started with a brilliant attitide towards their learning.
As this is a new term, we have started new topics. Our English work is based around stories from another culture. We have chosen Brazil, as this is the focus for our topic work. We have read some stories this week and picked out the toolkit. We have also looked at some Brazilian animals.
In Maths, we have started with multiplication and learning the formal written method, this is our homework this week. A lot of focus has been how we present our work so that we can follow the steps accurately.
