This week has been a special week as we celebrated World Book Day on Thursday. All of the children looked wonderful. We had some great vocabulary choices. We spent some time thinking of synonyms and antonyms for our words and shared these with the class. We had some great ones.
Our English work has been linked to our Explorer book this week too, we have completed our newspaper reports about the disappearance of the children in the Amazon Rainforest. Some Great reports. We also took part in a live lesson earlier in the week where the children have written fairy stories too.
In Maths, we have concluded our fractions, decimals and percentage work. This has been a great topic, which the children have a great understanding of.
We have started a new PSHE topic ‘Bullying Matters’ today, we spoke in particular about cyber bullying and have written tag lines to stop cyber bullying.
