The children have blown us away this week with their story writing skills. Everyone in the Ravens class has worked so hard at including the toolkit for writing a story set in an imaginary world. They have used different sentence structures, fantastic vocabulary choices and a range of punctuation- including semi colons! Everyone has done some very effective editing too. Brilliant attitudes towards their writing. Mr Tague came into one of our lessons to see how fantastically everyone was working.
In Maths, we have completed our unit on decimals and have finished with an unit assessment where we went through any misconceptions.
During RE this week we had some very sensible responses about some of the teachings from the bible and what these mean to us. I was very impressed with the maturity of this and how some of these teachings can influence us and the world around us.
