We have had a super week! Only 4 more days to go until the Easter holidays! 

In maths, we have finished our multiplication and division unit with spotting odd and even numbers. Tell someone at home how we know if a number is odd or even. Find the odd and even numbers below:

We then completed an end of unit assessment to show off our super knowledge! I was very impressed with how well everyone did with this. At home, please continue to practise your multiplication and division, with particular focus to the 2, 5 and 10 times-tables. Continue the times-tables below:

We have now started our new unit of work: Length and Height. We have been measuring in centimetres and metres. Can you tell someone at home how many cenitmetres are in a metre? Try measuring some items at home. Would it be best to measure it in cenitmetres or metres for these things? 

In English, we planned and wrote our letters to Australia! I was blown away by the level of writing and pride the children had with this! We then edited these letters and I have now sent these off to Melbourne in Australia. We will be waiting for a reply hopefully fairly soon! Tell someone at home what questions you included in your letter. What did you tell them about?
