What a busy week we have had! Only 2 weeks to go now...
Maths
In Maths this week we have been learning to divide 2-digit numbers by a 1-digit method using short division or, as we call it in Kingfishers, the bus stop method. First of all, we looked at how we could work out division sums using partitioning.
English
We created our own villains based off The White Witch from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. We then worked hard to write our own descriptive sentences based on our characters.
Science
In Science we have looked at muscles and what we use different muscles for. We spoke about the different activities which the children enjoyed to do and discussed the different muscles we use for these in our bodies.
