Maths
In maths this week, we have been learning to add (with an exchange). The class worked really hard with this. I have uploaded a Maths Shed quiz which children can practice to solidify their learning. This can be accessed through the children's logins on Spelling Shed.
Science
In Science we have started our topic on 'Rocks.' The class sorted the rocks based on their properties. We have also learnt the terms 'sedimentary', 'metamorphic' and 'igneous.'
Art
In Art, we have been looking at shading. This week we were looking at botanical drawings and trying to copy some of the detail that we could see in real-life flowers and plants. The class produced some fantastic drawings.
