This week in Maths, we have started our new unit on money. The children have all done brilliantly with this so far. We have looked at decimals within money, conversions, comparing amounts of money and also estimating. The homework this week is linked to comparing amounts of money.
In English, we have spent some time thinking of a new villain for Spy Fox. We have drawn our characters, written verbs, adverbs and adjectives and put all of our vocabulary to write some extended sentences. They were great! We have also written a build up scene where Spy Fox meets our new villains. We will continue with this next week where we will write some action scenes and also an ending where Spy Fox defeats our villains.
In RE we have thought about paying forward. It was another really thoughtful lesson where we thought about showing kindness to someone else after someone has been kind to us. We thought about how it would make the world a better places.
