This week in English, we have completed our explanation texts where we explained how our shirt machine works. We have then started our new narrative unit where we have use the stimulus "Spy Fox" as inspirations. We have gathered and up levelled vocabulary. We have written sentences to describe Spy Fox and Dr. Hammer and we have written sentences to explain some of the spy gadgets that are used in the clip.
In Maths, we have completed our unit on decimals. We found writing one half, one quarter and three quarters as decimals quite tricky so we spent a bit of extra time on this. We are going to be moving on to look at money in Maths next week.
In RE, we spent time looking at the rule "love your neighbour as yourself." We had some very thoughtful discussions about how we need to make sure that we are treating other people how we would like to be treated.
