Maths
This week we have been finding fractions of amounts. We have done lots of work on using our times tables to help us with this. We have also looked at how we can apply fractions to reasoning questions.
English
We have been looking at The Dream Giver and looking at how we can describe our own characters. We have been using expanded noun phrases and adverbs to describe what our characters look like and how they move. Next week, we will be creating our own dreams and nightmares.
Art
In art this week, we have been using different Egyptian images to design our own Egyptian scroll. We chose selected some images and drew them into our designs, labelling them with notes to help us paint them in a few weeks time.
