• Football Match

  Mon 20 Jul 2026 Mr Tague

  Last Monday we took two football teams to Findern for a friendly. We took a girls' team and a boys' team. The girls won 1 nil and the boys won 2 nil against two very good Findern teams. Well done to both teams!

• Fun Festival

  Last Thursday we took a group of children to take part in a fun activity session at Springfield Junior School. The afternoon was so much fun and the children loved the activities put on by South Derbyshire ASP. The children were perfectly behaved. Thanks Repton for the use of thie mini bus.

  

• EYFS Change For Life

  On Friday, some of our Robins travelled to Heathfields Primary School to take part in the annual EYFS Change for Life Festival. This fun session involves children moving around different sports events organised by the Year 6s from that school. The children loved it - esecially travelling in the mini bus - thanks to Repton again for this! Well done to those Robins that took part

  

• Samantha Nibblett MP

  On the 19th June our local MP, Samantha Nibblett, came to visit our school. We were able to talk to her about issues local schools face along with the woderful things we do at RPS. We then had an assembly where children were able to ask Samantha questions and find out what it is like to be an MP. Our children were able to build on the good knowledge they already have on UK Parliament. Our school Council then interviewed her and had a photo at the school gates. 

  

• Repton in Bloom

  On the 1st July representitives from the Parish Council came to school to judge our entry. They were so impressed and praised our school. Thanks again to those that made it possible. Thanks to the Parish Council for their kind donation and to Swarkestone Nursery and Garden King for the lovely flowers. 

  

• Year 4 Camp

  Our Year 4s had an amazing time on their camp the other week. Their behaviour was perfect and they were able to build on their skills from the previous year. A Hedghog even came to visit us late at night but the children were tucked away in their tents! Thanks to all staff members that were able to help.
